Nice hack bike?

Just been looking at this - what d'ya reckon? I think it'd make a good winter hack, and suitable for getting crudded up at rallies etc? The bid has gone up by £200 overnight - wonder where it'll finish. And I wonder if my brother would be happy to park his car on the road?
