Ooh, controversial Chris! London's ok for certain things. But I'd say the City does attract more than it's fair share of merchants - only understandable given the size and population, and the massive concentration of service industry there. All would-be Gordon Geckos. I don't know about Scottish independence, I sometimes think the rest of the country would be better off if London was an independent state as certain groups there seem to be robbing everyone else blind.

Having moved away from London recently, I can report that outside of the M25, the map is a blank. I keep seeing signs saying "Here be Monsters."
