 Hi
I’ve only been involved with Fazers for the last year, and all talk about worn  Exup valves has intrigued me a bit I’m a engineer so I’m always trying to think of a way to bodge repair or remake for bugger all money. Has anybody ever tried getting the worn shafts metal sprayed and re ground back to size or resizing the shaft and manufacturing new bushes. I have greased the valve on my own bike just after I bought it and found no wear as such and will be inspecting it again after 8000miles  now it’s of the road for winter.
If you (or anybody that’s  got a knackered one kicking about the garage ) going to chuck your old valve and bushes  out I’d love  to have a go at repairing one :smash I’ll pay the postage .
