Uses low dose xrays to check the material content! Simples. Or if you wait till i do the exup again next year!The old PMI machine will give result in seconds.
Did you ever use the old spectrometer type which you had to "arc" against the material to get a reading ?

Another vote for the FZ 1. Can't see any advantage with the FZ 8 (even weight difference is negligible)

Yeah, they are nice cars. Just don't use it often enough if the truth be told. Same with the M3, which is why this is the last time I saw it. There was a tear in my eye watching it leave.

Yeah, quite a painless sale. Guy came with the money, happy with test ride and took it away this morning.
Put a deposit on an MT 09, should have it by early November.
It's my M635, thankfully in mint condition. Had it since '94 and stored carefully. You guys are braver than me taking on those restorations but good on you as both cars deserve to be saved.
