Working on up-grades to my bike so would consider a swap for a hugger, bellypan or sports front mudguard.

Bagster tank cover for 600 boxeye. Had it ages but never really used it so might as well go.
Just laid on tank in pics, it does pull tight with straps around frame rails and headstock.
£40 anyone? I'm in Leeds and would prefer collection/delivery rather than faff with postage.
Good condition, just a little smudge of black paint from somewhere, on the part that's covered by the seat.

Might have to get one. Lost some weight recently and a bit of padding has gone.

Thanks, got one of those, just thinking of the comfort as we're not getting any younger.
It's a bit like the 4 door/2 door car question though and comfort for the people in the back. Never bothers me as I'm driving!!!!!

Didn't know that. I've fitted the later pegs to my '99 bike and according to my pillion they're better, but if the later seat is thicker as well that should be more comfortable still. Might invest if one appears cheap!

Ace ride-out today with some mates, ended on an AA truck with a broken chain for the last 5 miles home. Bugger!!!
Took out the water pump, double bugger!!!!!! Anyone got one going cheap near Leeds and recommendations for chain and sprocket kits
as there seems to be loads of options.

I'm on a ride-out leaving Squires at 10 tomorrow morning if you'll be about at that time. No bother for me to come to Selby first.

If it fits a '99 600 then sold! I'm in Leeds so not too difficult to arrange. Please drop me a pm. Got a stainless rad guard if you want to swap?

Nice! Is it from a different bike or aftermarket to fit a Fazer?

Definitely a possibility. Did Squires to Scarborough via Seaways last weekend on back roads. Good fun.
I'll keep my eye on developments!

What torque arm is that Fizzy? Looks good, much nicer than standard.

I've fitted a 1000 calliper so if the XJR1300 is the same then it's dead easy. You don't modify the calliper at all,
just file a bit off the bracket until the calliper bolts to it properly. It's obvious what to do when you have the bits in your hands.

Seconded. Easy mod and about ten times better braking. Almost too good if you get carried away.

Rear rack on about five minutes after the pic was taken! I had literally just put it all back together. Fairing took a bit of fitting but I like it and it's a bit different. Going for the black/silver look for the bike, but can't decide whether to experiment with some chrome look vinyl highlights for the plastics, or a bit of a speedblock effort.

I'd be interested in the rear footpegs and hangers. Bit more comfort for my pillion as they're lower than my '99 bike.

Mine just out of the garage after some work. Most recent mod is a Poly 26 fairing. I managed to break the other one by dropping a big piece of steel tube onto it when tidying the garage. I'd repaired it before so bit the bullet this time and actually shelled out some cash!. Other mods are Delkevic can and downpipes, Fazer 1000 rear caliper and mirrors, braided lines and wavy disc on back and Aeromax d/b screen.

Hi all. Have looked on this site a few times so decided I'd better join! Riding a black '99 Fazer that's had a hard life.
I have owned it for 12 years though. Thought I'd get something sensible after a break from biking of 15 years and have
never felt the need to change. The bike does everything I want. Not riding as much as Iused to but hoping to do a bit
more this year with like-minded people.
