Mr unfazed ,it's been 3years since I had my knee  replaced, don't skip on your exercises I really worked hard at  doing mine and making sure I could bend it fully it's really paid off I often forget I've had it done its great being pain free . It does take the scar a while to settle down especially when  you first start  wearing you bike trousers 

I wish sloe gin did last longer its so bloody delicious its gone in no time in our house anyway happy  new year focers and ride safe

fitted a new choke cable old one had snapped in the middle  ,although since mike did the full monty most of the year I don't need the choke but now its dropped really cold in the mornings if it doesn't catch first time it did struggle to start without a wiff of choke.

Hi robbo I looked on here for months for a set of these all to no avail , You could send carlsv8 a pm he had some for sale just after I brought mine  in august he may still have them  .I hope your lucky and can drop on a set I ended up buying mine from the sports bike shop £110 delivered

dazza, I've also got sloe gin and sloe vodka on the go along with some blueberry vodka can't wait for xmas to get stuck in

as mr bbrown  said , my rover 75 diesel has a bmw  motor in and yes after a oil change you check your level after its ran for a few mins and mine's already black
