I'm planning to pitch up about 9am for a cuppa and a stroll on the seafront.  :sun
Very late notice, so not really a meet invite, just wondered if anyone else was out and about

I laughed til I cried - fabulous  :rollin :rollin :rollin :rollin
As to the main question about helmet hair - just man up and get on with it  :evil
Us girls have been putting up with helmet hair for years  :rolleyes
If you have long hair then after about half an hour it does start to look normal again :thumbup

Hello and welcome to the site
Think I may have already replied to your query about a possible fuelling/acceleration issue in the FZS600 forum - but rest assured there are lots of people on this site who really do know what they're talking about when it comes to solving problems and fixing bikes  :lol

« on: 08 April 2012, 10:51:18 pm »
Hi sd1
I'm unlikely to be any help on things mechanical, but have you checked out the 'FZS600 stuttering' thread in this section?  Sounds like there's a few things to check with plugs, leads, connections, carbs and fuelling  :smash
If nothing in that thread is of any help then I'm sure someone will be along soon with more help  :)

Got home today and realised the bike MOT is due next week - lucky I'm on holiday  :o

No idea at all - you know me, I'm the original 'rent a crowd' and just turn up when directed  :rollin

How does 10am sound?   :thumbup

Dunno who else is meeting at Jacks Hill, or what route we're going to take.  It could well be my first outing of the year on the road bike, so I may need extra time and a strong cup of tea before setting off  :look

Think I'm as grumpy as you these days - must be an age thing  :kiss

Hi Jo, no I'm not going to the spring meet ('cos I'm a grumpy foccer!!) but I'm sure we can organise some kind of summer ride out with a route overlap in the middle  :sun

Laura - we really must catch up (I have an ulterior motive too, I'm looking for a pesky bit of plastic for my fairing inner!!  :b )  Let me know when the FJ conversion happens

Jacks Hill is good - sounds like there may be a few more foccers meeting there.  Unless you're having a grumpy foccer day, in which case we'll meet at mine  :lol :lol

I'm Oxfordshire based, so it's a fair way for a day out - but I have been known to venture across more than two counties  :lol   PM me with some ideas, or we'll see who else turns up on here of the female persuasion

OMF - are you back on a bike yet?

eddie, you're not helping, and it's not like I'd need tea shops or shoe shops to slow me down even more than usual  :o

If you want to see the bikes a bit slower then Luffield in and out is a good area.

I'm hoping to be marshalling bsb, wsb and motogp at silverstone this year, so praying I get allocated interesting corners  :lol
