having re read your description i would still do the above but i would say your bearings require replacement.whilst doing them also do the seals and do not power wash the rear bearing areas as this removes all the grease from them, also apply enough grease when you do replace bearings and clean the axle and grease this as well.

you state the rear wheel is tight is that your tight or tourque tight?remove the chain completely remove the rear wheel replace the rear wheel and re-torque do nothing else but this then you will have a starting point,if the movement is still there remove the rear wheel again and check everything,if you are sure its the wheel moving then it can be a number of things but visibly check everything first, then come back and let me know what you find?

If you are filmed head on i cannot see how it is possible to read a number plate with the human eye when the bike is travelling at over 100 feet per second and get the reading correct 100% of the time...if you can i would like to see it.

Do not remove the front wheel forwards remove it rearwards turn the bars to get full access this will save you a lot of heartache..and of course its better to have 2 people whilst doing it and also support the bike so the front wheel is off the floor..

When you say you have checked the plugs have you tried actually changing them? holding plugs onto a head and checking for a spark is NOT the way to check a plug is okay plus which have you checked the plug cap resistances, and also checking what colour the plugs are is a useless procedure if its not done correctly.as in its no use checking them when its been idling as there is a set procedure for checking plugs which is called a plug chop.

To remove the push rod get a 6 inch nail and clean the head of it with acetone or nail varnish remover, put some of the nail varnish remove onto a cloth and then clean the end of the push rod,put a drop of super glue onto the head of the nail push onto the the end of the pushrod and draw it out,  bobs your dads brother and fanny is your mothers sister, jobs jobbed, yes it does work...

One of the things about Club is there is a large hard run off and riders do go there after finishing the race so you should see burnouts etc plus its just by the start finish line.

This is very unlike me but here goes,Lumpy everyone has an opinion whether the same or not its thier opinion, calling anyone by the name you have above is not good, attacking anyone for an opinion that differs from your own is not really the way to gain peoples confidence or even add credence to your opinion.
I could go on but i wont as me being polite just winds me up the wrong way, truth be told, but there you go....
