ya I have stocked on gorilla tape, zips ties and elec tape, multi tool and a small snips + 4-8mm allen keys(need to doubly check), Il probably just bring a small vice grips instead of levers, if i cant get some during the week, hopefully wont need but will get me to the nearest shop if needed.

I only looking into the original tool kit today, I never realised its so comprehensive, has 'almost' everything needed already

Anyone a spec on brake and indicator bulbs ??

no grinding noise but mines the same between 5 & 6.5K, have looked it up and it seem like character more than anything else, sometime disappears completly tho, but looks like a knackered engine mount isnt helping

I done 125 miles on mine yesterday in total going to the road racing.
I was happy enough on the way there, but by the time i got back my arse cheeks were in agony. :moon
100 miles constant on my bike is about my limit because of the seat, but others dont seem to  complain of this.
Mine is a 98, are these less comfortable than the 2000 onwards because of the less padding in the seat?

did 360 miles Galway to Cookstown  and back yesteday, nothing wrong with my arse, 99 bike, I think you need to HTFU !
