They already have - by paying 'shitloads' of tax + NI.  Had a similar coversation with a friend regarding paying for an MRI scan in an NHS hospital and he pointed out that one year he paid £700k in tax (yes, he's done better than me since school ) !!

I agree - some form of 'insurance/mot' disc (could be done with ANPR I guess) and more tax on fuel makes much more sense. I'd bet better of - 3k in the cage and about 1 mile on the Fazer last year........

Chaz has sold up and Clevedon MC is now owned by someone else. MOT about a yr ago and I'm pretty sure Nigel the mechanic was still there. Seemed to be about 20 peeps working in the shop though, so not sure how long it'll last
