Is it the law that you have to park your divvy 900 up in front of a wall or fence before you're allowed to take a piccie of it?

I'd say that rates pretty high on the Gay scale
I did take a pic of the hp4 it's a beaut of a bike ill dig a picture out and post up, 2 versions, have you had he full monty 20k ! I do no I'd not be riding it in the rain and for me there's only one hp4 and that was the last version with the boxter engine 'twas a wok of art.

You somehow take it for granted that criminals are being rational. They do fear the punishment, but it's not like they all make calculated career choices when breaking the law. It doesn't work that way.
I voted for the best independent, and gave my second vote to the second best independent. I don't think party politics should have any role in this choice. As far as money is concerned, I thought this elected single commissioner was replacing a larger (unelected) board ?
And as for zero tolerance, I'd be very wary of that. What does it exactly mean ? The police have to have leeway. Does zero tolerance mean I'll be done for doing 31 in a 30 ?
