normally not that bad, cleaning them is not so bad, getting them out using a air compressor is the easiest way.

Would be thinking the caliper seals on one caliper are either past it, or the pistons are getting stuck due to corrosion etc.

Would be a good idea to remove the pistons on both calipers and clean them up well and replace the seals whilst you are it :)

Big difference between cylist at 30mph and a fazer at 30mph is that if you crash, you dont have a 250 kg bike flying at you, or lying on top of your legs etc.

Loved like a great day out! I got stuck on the m25 in the car and didn't make it back remotely in time!

I think I'm going to have to organise a ride out to save myself from being bolloked!

For my first ride with you guys I'd really rather not plan a route, I have no idea what the average rider considers an acceptable mileage for a days run (I'm going to Manchester and back tomorrow and see that as fine!)

Plus tbh it's rare I get to check out decent roads, obviously I gotta get the job done as quick as and get back for anymore work!

The only thing I can suggest is heading out towards Guildford and round to Brighton, east of the M23 I'm very unsure about, possibly head out to Tonbridge wells to make more of a circle!?

But let's face it, up until Croyden/  the M25 its all a bit pants!

I like the sound of that route. I'm a bit of a wimp and get a lot of pain quickly on longer runs. Saying that I used to do 100+ Miles a day on my ybr

Doesnt look like im going to make this, at least not on the bike. Pulled a muscle in my shoulder! (wrenching on the other bike!) and cant ride, I might pop by to the start in the car though, just to show my face :)

There were 2 distributors in the uk when I bought mine, one was apparently unauthorised. When I phoned Gerbing up they refused to honour the warranty as it wasnt from them (even though I had the original purchase receipt) which I think is pretty shitty.

They should be warranting the product, regardless of where its from, its the same product!

I put the cheapest cheapest cheeeappest fuel possible in all my vehicles. Including my E55 (5.4L V8). A higher octane fuel resists pre-ignition, compared to lower octane fuel, that is all! My car will listen for engine knocking, and retard the timing if it does, and the bike is carbed so doesnt matter either way (the listening for knocking is done by me!)

The diesel bike! Now that gets anything! Veg oil, old engine oil, ATF fluid, bit of a petrol. etc etc

Similair to mine, but mines is 720p. Good if you are sticking it to the helmet. If you want to install it permanently then it needs a bit more waterproofing :)

I used Gerbings heated gloves for 5 years now, the only problem with them is that in 3 sets, they only last about a year before one of the elements packs in, and they are expensive! Cant fault them otherwise.
