FZS600 Fazer / Black Widow or Delkevic header ?

Going to upgrade the soft mild steel standard headers on my 2003 600.


Both come in at about £185 new, however, what's the best ?

dont do any of my own work on bikes, but thought, sod it, I'll try.....


Did il and filter, plugs etc, went to do the air filter and thought WTF !!!!


Luckily, Tefer sent me a link from you tube.


Does anyone actually follow Haynes nformation ? Lol

is there an easy way to remove the tank (2003 fzs600)


Need to drain fuel and refil with new stuff and possible replace plugs at same time..

well, after 5 years, 2 fazers a thundercat and a few others, I'm back with the best bike I've had,,,


A 2003 FZS600 with just 6138 miles, all history to prove it as well and 2 previous owners, feel like I've won the lottery lol


Love the damn thing already and not even got it mot'd yet (Saturday)

Was thinking of using "Activ8" friction reducer

Got myself another Fazer, an FZS600SP this time and was looking at some lowers for it.


Came across these guys on fleabay, some good posts about the fazers on there.


Has anyone tried them ? how did they fit, did they come with brackets etc?

Introduction / Morning all from a very wet Scotland :)

Morning, just re-registered from the old Yaku site :)


Just bought myself "another" fazer after selling my first one last year.
Why did i buy another one ? well,, just couldnt find anything that does everything as well as the fazer,, simple !! lol
This time, its another FZS600, 200 reg on a W plate, but went for the SP model this time with the nice red and black paint jobby.
