seem to be be alot of been there done that on here.
The guy asked a simple question. And all he gets is a load of crap. YES it could be done. YES it would be a pain to do.
And yes what would be the point of doing it. BECOURSE HE CAN.
And he would have one fukin insane fazer.
This is from me that uesd to put turbos on r1s and r6s just becourse i could.

i think it could be done. would take some messing around but i think it could be done. You could swop out all the r1 internals and put them into the fazer bottom end. That would sort the mounts out. Now the head is a differant matter. If the r1 tank fits on the fazer then your in with a good chance of making it work. As the r1 carbs sit almost upright.
But if it was me i would just put the r1 crank in the fazer engine. As there lighter. Remove a leaf or 2 from the head gasket or get a hi comp one. Get the carbs bored out. ivans kit and k&n and see what ya get.
But to be fair would it all be worth it.

hi m8 i used Granville Cylinder Black Heat Resistant High Temp
but didnt brush it on i sprayed it on.
I allso changed color from siver to black.

if its the the one to the front of the engine. dont think ya can get it out till you remove the head.

anyone know what size outlet is on a viper link pipe cnp 507.
i emailed a seller on ebay that told me there 57mm but looked around
the internet and found a site that says there 50mm.
Has anyone got a viper linkpipe and could tell me the outlet
please.

my exup was damaged when i got the bike.( i know i should of checked it.) Had a very small flat spot at 6500rpm
that made me have a look at the exup.Thats when i found out the exup was damaged and one of the cables removed.
So i removed the exup and put a bolt in. Runs fine now no flat spot at all. Been on my m8s bike with exup in and there may
be a little extra below 4000 but was useing the ass dyno.
Will be putting a ivans kit in over winter so we will see.

yep had this brob with my fazer every time i turned if off it all reset.
check the fuse first under the seat.
Then the block connecter under left infill.
If you have done that and its still doing it run a wire from + on the battery to the green and red wire
in the connecter block left hand side under infill. (thats the power for memory)set the clock turn off and on
again if it works then there could be a brake in the wire. All i did then was to run a wire from the fuse to the
green and red wire. been working ever since.
