Touring screen on my 09 S2 600, bloody useless, I'm short 5' 6" but the buffeting and wind noise make riding at anything over 60ish very unpleasant, high speed touring for any reasonable length of time is not possible. Thinking of trying a standard screen

Hi Blimey
What make and style of screen have you got on your S2?
I,ve got a touring screen on mine and the wind noise and buffering is unbearable

Place to stay:- New Swan Inn, Ystalyfera, in the Swansea valley. Very bike friendly. Brecon Beacons to the north, Gower peninsular to the south. Good night out in Wind Street Swansea Saturday, good band in the New Swan on Easter Sunday. Oh, and some very good roads to try during the day

Sold my Norton about 1972, waited until 2004 before buying a barn find BSA C12 to tinker with, mainly to have a hobby that would annoy my better half. Decided that I'd rather be be on the road than in the shed so went on to a GPZ500, ZZR600, GS500 (to run back and fore to work), then onto a XJR1300 before, at 65 getting a bit more sensible and getting a Fazer 600 S2. Enjoying my biking again more than ever, especially Sunday morning blasts. You have to grow old but you dont have to grow up
