Title: Any builders on here?

I'm after some advise on moving an internal wall in my house, I will post some pictures later when I'm back at home and I can plug my phone into my laptop, I think what I have in plan may work but don't want to go ahead till I have some professional help.

We can tell you anything but don't come knocking when the house cracks..


Do you not know a local builder, mate or so, to come round for a chat,,check out upstairs joist directions, stud or solid walls,lintel sizes etc

2.   Lintels/RSJs

Main thing is to find out if it's structural or not!!
