Hi there guys and gals.
A thread was put up on 16th July by JoeRock about obtaining a 25% discount on HEL products:
http://foc-u.co.uk/index.php/topic,8879.25.html (http://foc-u.co.uk/index.php/topic,8879.25.html)
I've messaged Joe and he said to bung this topic up too as I'd just bought my lines before he'd put up his topic.
I managed to find HEL Braided lines from these guys:
https://www.bctmotorcycles.co.uk/catalogue/performance/brakehose/;jsessionid=aIO9CCS9ITSg (https://www.bctmotorcycles.co.uk/catalogue/performance/brakehose/;jsessionid=aIO9CCS9ITSg) at £52.16 for a full set.
I was a little dubious at first so rang them up to confirm and indeed was billed £52.16 for plain black stainless ended lines with banjo bolts and washers.
The limitations are the plain colour sleeves and plain stainless ends, but if you're not after anything majorly fancy, then they're well worth it.
They did take 2 1/2 weeks to turn up, but this was mainly down to ordering on a monday morning, a comfirmation email going missing and then me getting off my arse to chase them up. Probably best to order over the phone :)
So there it is, just trying to save everyone a little cash. Thanks to Joe for being understanding and for getting a discount for us as I may need some extra bits and bobs like line stays/splitters anyway.

I purchased a rear line from ebay for £22 delivered. I get that three lines would work out more expensive than the discounted Hell items but I wonder if they'd be prepared to give a discount code for forum members
Will e-mail them tomorrow and see what they can do

Ive just gone though the hel checkout for the rear and it came out at £22.49 delivered, with the code. I brought my two front direct from hel and would rather buy direct from hel, they are good enough to support the forum so I am happy to support them

When I enquired (Sept 2015) I was told that I could only get the discount by ordering by phone, the web site couldn't apply the discount code. Whatever though I'm really happy with the lines and found them easy to fit.

Top stuff. Put some Hel lines on front of my Fazer last year, much better. Been looking for some for my wife's new bike (CBF500), so just ordered a set for her. Bike only has a 2 pot single caliper/disc on front, coming from the Fazer with the dual blue spots it feels scarily inadequate, as though I could stop quicker by dragging my feet...
