Title: HT Leads "Ticking"

Is this normal? I've never had a bike with them before, but I can definitely hear them ticking, stuck my head next to the engine and could hear it, pulled one of them off the spark plug and could still hear it, then got my face a bit too close to it and got a bit of a spark - gave me a bit of a shock!  :lol

Sounds like they're tracking somewhere. Good advice posted by someone elsewhere is to run it in the dark, then you should see any wayward sparks.

stick your tongue on them that will tell you which is ticking
