Wifey gives birth tae a bairn or scrounger gives birth tae anither scrounger.

I was far more interested in the pandas getting it together.

Its another scrounger the state has to pay for. As if giving a 5 million pay rise to their grandmother isn't enough we have to pay for the bloody whole family. What happened to cutting benefits  :evil
