Due to theft of my much loved square eye I am looking at my next bike, when the insurance gets through.
So just a note to see if anyone knows of another of these lovely machines, ideally lowish mileage, one which has been kept by an enthusiast, maintained and loved. Exupnut says it has to be blue for some reason..
Thanks.

Errr yup, Silver ones are faster with better handling and more respect by other road users...... :lol Bit like this one http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Yamaha-FZS-Fazer-600-1999-2-Owners-Silver-18-200-M-3-Month-Warranty-/151049197741?pt=UK_Motorcycles&hash=item232b3bd8ad (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Yamaha-FZS-Fazer-600-1999-2-Owners-Silver-18-200-M-3-Month-Warranty-/151049197741?pt=UK_Motorcycles&hash=item232b3bd8ad)

Hey guys, I really should have pointed out I am in London, although I am prepared to travel for the right bike.
So far as the colour debate goes, my recently nicked bike was silver and I could not keep up with all the blue bikes on the ride outs. I put this down to the colour not my riding, so have to agree that blue bikes are the fastest, or concede I cant ride.
Christo, kind offer mate, but not too sure I can wait until September! Oh, and I have seen you ride, not sure it will be in one piece by then ;-)

I have a 2001 Y reg with 10K miles, pyramid hugger, HEL braided hoses front and back, double bubble, heated grips, givi top box, all consumables in good shape. There's a few flakes of paint missing on the fins, and a mark on the swingarm, but other than that it's in excellent nick.
Live in East Yorkshire...

Thanks andthe nurse, but I should have updated this post, huge stroke of luck I have recovered my nicked bike with no major damage, had to replace the ignition switch where they had cut out the wiring, but otherwise all good. So thanks for the offer, but I am very fond of what I have!
