Hi all,
Fresh back from last weekend's travels with the tool kit, I've had a few more fresh enquiries about 'Ivanising' and along with the names on my reserve list, it looks like some folks would like me to return again this year. Which is nice. :)
I'm thinking provisionally of mid-Sept and so far I have 'possibles' scattered all over the UK from Dorset to Scotland, via the East Midlands and North Wales.
I'd need to get cracking with booking flights and so on before they get to silly prices, so if you'd like to register your interest and/or ask for more information, please contact me direct by e-mail (not PM!) ... mikegreatorexAThotmail.com ... and I'll add your name to the list.
Cheers!

Can a 600 be ivanised? Or am I asking for a kicking from the Thou boys? :lol
-
You could CALL it Ivan :lol
-
I call mine "Me Julie"
-
I'm afraid 'your Julie' isn't catered for by Ivan. :( If I recall correctly, the FZS600 was never sold in the USA so there was no call for Ivan to develop anything for it.
Sorry, Julie ;)

Dates aren't fixed yet, Luke. If you're interested, let me know by e-mail which dates are definitely out for you.

Mike, I've already emailed and am available any time in September or October. Unfortunately I don't have a garage to offer as a place to work though. Any other Scottish foccers still being done and have some where to work or will it need to be a north England trip for me?
-
cmon you guys,, mike has offered and its the best money you'll ever spend on your fazz. i know cos i've done it twice :)
-
If I could get 6 or more bikes that I could work on in one location north of the border (say, around Glasgow) then I would be happy to do a dedicated McIvanising trip this year.
I also have about 6 or 7 provisionals for a trip down south. Since it's not really feasible for me to do the two ends of the country in one visit, I'd look at teeing up a second weekend specifically for the others.
I'm going to look at possible dates soon, so please get in touch (mikegreatorexAThotmail.com and not by PM, please) if you're interested.
Cheers!

I am on the list :D But right down south :'(
-
Still definitely up for it if you'll be doing one down south.
-
Loz and Nick, you're both on the southern loop list already, as is Devilsyam. :)
-
If its of any help, we have a garage, but it's only half depth, but useable if it's wet, oh and a spare room if required :D
-
Thanks, Loz ... I'll bear that in mind. Much appreciated! :)

Got it, John, thanks. I'll reply tomorrow with all the information you requested. :)
-
Hi thank you very much for your response :)
John
-
long shot but........you ever coming over to N/S Ireland?
-
It would have to be a dedicated trip and that would mean at least 6 bikes to do. However, if you e-mail me (address above) I can put you in touch with someone on that lovely island who could help you out. :)

I had my bike fully montyfied by Mike on his last trip to our shores, the difference is night and day and it wasn't terrible before hand.it starts easier, has no fluffiness[for want of a better phrase] at low revs, has instant throttle response, goes even stinkier and is easier to ride round town..Don't give it a second thought I recommend this mod 100%.Many thanks to Mike for his expertise and Nick G for the use of his facilities.I'm happy to answer any queries, other than over technical, you may have.
Regards,Ian "baldy"Gill :thumbup

Provisional dates now set. Friday 20th Sept to Sunday 22nd Sept, with a possibility of extending into the Monday, if required.
I have sent out e-mails to 16 owners who have previously shown an interest in 'Ivanising' this year. So far I have replies from 5 only but this could be due to summer holidays.
If you haven't received an e-mail from me in the last few days and you think your name should be amongst those included, please contact me (mikegreatorexAThotmail.com) and I'll resend the calling notice.
There's always spare slots available so if you haven't previously been in touch but would like more information, contact me by the same e-mail address - not PM, please. :)

Is this visit just an Englandshire visit? How far north will you be?

I tried www.sgmotorsport.com (http://www.ivansperformanceproducts.com/www.sgmotorsport.com) homepage but it is not working?
Is there some where else in Europe that sales Ivans jet kit?
