Title: trip meter

 My trip meter does not keep the amount of mileage ive done; every time I turn the bike off it goes back to 0 miles. Since my fuel gauge never worked it was my way of keeping an eye of when I needed to top up for fuel. Any advice would be off great help. The speedometer needle was jumping around the place, but only does it now and again.

Sounds like a faulty speedo unit to me

trip and fuel guage not working and now speedo playing up ......i would take the unit off and check all the connections
