Title: Carb sync take-off size?

I want to make up my own carb sync tool as I'm too pikey to spend lots of money on what's essentially a few bits of pipe and a couple of vacuum gauges.  Anyone know what size pipe will go straight onto the vacuum take-off points on the carbs?

Afraid I don't know, BUT you could take off one of the covers and measure it?
