For your bike as stated 475ml of oil in, with a 121mm air gap from oil to the top of the compressed fork (with fork spring removed).
 
You'll probably find for some weird reason that one will take more than the other so after pumping it a few times to get any air bubbles out i tend to make sure that the air gap is accurate in each fork rather than exact quantities.

Are you changing just the oil.


What are you putting back if 10W came out.

No no, 10w going back in, just new oil  :D. Have to replace seals, left one is pissing oil so wana do it before it comes down on brakes or tyre.

Just wana do it right, any advice guys or anyone make a desperate mistake that I should avoid
