Title: whats a lockup worth
Post by: smithfz on 22 May 2013, 08:51:42 pm
Now l'm wondering what a lock up/ garage is worth?

Size - now you can just about get a car in, however its rather difficult to actually get out the car.  That said its more lock up than garage but if push comes to shove you can get a car in.
Location - Scotland, cumbernauld.
no electricity.

Anyone have any ideas? l've to make an offer.

Sean

Block of 6 for sale near us for £38,000.   Apparently let out giving an income of £1900 (£26/garage/month although one doesn't look rentable so maybe divide by 5)

A neighbour rents one with power near his house for £17/week.

(Just noticed in the add they'll sell them individually for £7,000)
