Lenny Henry says Premier Inn can't be beaten.

He also said never shag fat birds but look where that got him.

If Premier Inn is your thing this isnt too far from the tunnel.

I stayed here recently

It was ok, food was a good price but only 1/2 a portion  :rolleyes

In Folkestone this is cheap and cheerful and good value, Ive stayed a few times.

The bike park is the back garden on the lawn, a fence panel is removed for access. The owner is an ex-biker so looks after you.

My best recommendation is http://www.cornerhouselympne.co.uk/ (http://www.cornerhouselympne.co.uk/) Fantastic breakfast, but only from 8am onwards. Excellent pub 200m away, does top notch food for a reasonable price. Beer is good too, perhaps not ideal for an early start next day :lol . Parking for the bike is up the steep drive round the back of the house. Might be a squeeze for more than 2 bikes.
