I have a cut down touring screen on my bike, now with the trip to Italy later this month i thought i might use the piece i cut off the replicate the adjustible diffuser .
You could of course just buy one but i sure at this moment in time do not have the spare cash.
Oh hell , also two days before i go to Mugello we have to move bloody house, :eek balls int it?
The owners want to come back from abroad and the next house has come up,my misses aint very happy ,not with me going away for a week in Italy, hahaha

I like the idea of clipping on a diffuser for touring as I couldn't live with one on all the time - I have a couple of old screens so may have a tinker and see what I can come up with.
I guess the ones you used for examples are gazillions of pounds to buy?

I bet they're not cheap :-P
The only one I could find easily was by Puig and not for sale anywhere I could see. It would be good to stow away for motorway jaunts as it looks like it may just about conceivably possibly fit under the seat.

I fitted the MRA VARIO screen to my FZ1

But the diffuser in the OP post looks like it has a lot more adjustment then my MRA VARIO one has..

IIRC fireblake had one on his Thou today, maybe he can comment?

I have the bit i cut from the original Givi touring screen which was just too high, too much of a barn door infront of you,it caused a vacuum behind it that would suck the wax out of my ears

So whatch this space, i will try to make a variable adjustable screen for touring , like when i lie on my tank bag

Another reason to keep those old scratched up helmet visors- turn them into one of these!

Been there, done that, it didn't work very well. I used an old touring screen and an MRA Vario screen for the adjusters, touring screen was too thin and moved around in the wind at 70 + mph. Its not as off centre as it looks just a funny camera angle.

Problem with the fazers is they meant to work best with a short cut down screen
I tried the OEM Yamaha taller touring screen on my gen2 and the loud wind noise it caused drove me nuts.. :grumble

Agree with low screen, i will get one later but for now and a fair few miles coming up i will try to lift the air a little higher, not as the sceer was, which was almost upright, too steep.
Today when my mate behind on an R6 saw me duck behind the screen he knew it was to infinity and beyond, vrmmmmm
