Well I like it :b :b its my bike and its individual if we all had the same then the world would be shit :evil :evil
However that siad might just make the block black and just have the polished casings
-
Very nice
Black & yellow do go together,im waiting on someone with a black 600 to get the yellow radiator hose kit as i reckon it'd look well sweet,
Personally i like the block as is too but like you say it's personal choice. 8)

Nice different is good but I think the disc centres in yellow bit of overkill
-
Big thumbs up from me :thumbup :thumbup

I'd agree on that one,i felt bad thinking it earlier but since you've said it i'll join in :lol
Another thing i do like which is very small is the yam badge on the cover with the discrete bits of yellow,i like that indeed.
If it was mine i'd maybe continue the speed block from the tank on the black part of the top of the engine head.im sure that would be practically awkward though.
Mind you it's easy to say looking at someone elses bike but i find it hard to visualise things on a blank canvas.

:eek :eek :eek :eek :eek criticism
lol :rollin :rollin
aye I thought it looked a bit much and am waiting to try sort maybe a black circular line in middle to break it up and match the wheels
-
I like it! Dare to be different is what i say. Yep same again about the disks though, go black maybe??

As you say, it's your bike!
Most of it works for me, but agree that the disc centres are a bit too much, and luggage!?!? Obviously it make the bike more useful, but it just doesn't seem right.
-
That's a tough looking Fazer. Real 'don't mess with me' look to it. The first thing your eye is drawn to is the disc centres though.
Also, I know they're very popular with members on the forum, but flashy radiator guards have always baffled me. I mean, why would you want to make a feature of the cooling system? Discs and brakes, yes, engine, yes, suspension, yes, exhaust yes, but a cooling system? I think they should be as hidden and understated as possible.
But as you say, a world where everything is the same is not a world I'd want to live in. Great looking bike!

Cheers peeps
shiny metal is better than dodgy looking radiator crap lol IMO :rolleyes and the luggag is there cos i do a lot of rallies , tents beer sleep bag etc etc :evil :evil :evil
-
Very true Keith. And it's good looking machine.
-
Looks good. I like the frontend, very neat. :thumbup I agree, you should paint the engine block black.
-
I absolutely love it apart from the brake discs - otherwise fantastic looking machine :)
-
oh my god!!!!!!!!
Me4's.
Chacun a son gout mon ami.
Imo nothing is right or wrong, it just is.
Be better blue tho

I think it looks very ... individual, but that's a good thing. It is well done.
Quick question about the crash bungs. They look 'the same' as my Motrax DHM's. Are they new or old ? If new, where did you get them please ?
Thanks, DBo.

Foccing nice!! :smokin
-
VAJAZZEL!
-
I do like the headlight, looks like it could have been standard fitment. What's it from?
WAY better than them generic round ones from ebay. Top job my man
-
Nice one! Good to see a bike altered with some thought and not a dogs dinner! :D

ditto on the mez4 m8...horrible tyres. I have used most whats out there, and the 4's are the worst tyres since jap tyres of the 70s !
oddly I am running mEZ6 on my fazer and they are very good.Well up to grip levels I can use on the road.
-
to be honest the metz have not been a prob, as am a rally type of guy thats got tents or a pillion on most of the time and rarely throw it all around the road when one up as have the wifey following on her bike.
-
try them in the wet !.....scary.
-
managed to get the engine and pedals black just the damn disk to sort now but i sti ll think she looks sexy mmmm
-
Nice horse there mate. Would look wicked parked next to Devilsyam's yellow one. Two hard brothers sayin "dont FOC with us"
-
Sweet as ;)

If it was mine I'd remove all the motografix speed blocks from the tank and rear body and mudguard as they don't flow and look oddly placed, also the stickers off the belly pan and the Fazer from the swingarm, and powder coat the rad cover black and the disc centres than i think it will have just the right amount of yellow .
