I know when startiing the bike there click but once started should they click as mine does it every min or so.

I understood the ticking was the pump filling up the carbs,so to keep doing it later....one newb to another my extreme guessyology says perhaps a small amount has evaporated so the pump tops it back up again :rolleyes .
I do look forward to hearing the real answer.& getting flamed ha ha! :lol

Yup same here don't want it to stop when I'm miles out.

Ah ok i thought you meant with just the ignition on it would click again,no probs,
The ticking is so quiet, how do you even hear it with the engine running???

You sure it's that and not the cam chain "ticking"?

yup when i have my hand on the pump you can feel it when it clicks.

If the engine is running this is entirely normal and part of its standard operation... fuel isn't going to get to the carbs unless its pumped there (in this instance)
-
well said DEADEYE....quite normal , just the pump working ;)
