Sounds like its badly fitted, make sure its fitted snugly.
Take it off, clean it with a mild mix of washing up liquid/water. Then refit making sure its sealed fully by turning the clips to get the best seal.

Like double glazing if it isn't sealed it figs up.
Works a treat when fitted well. Couldn't live without it now.

:agree  Yes, no problem with mine, very impressed, must be a fitting issue.

In my experience they are the best thing ever and I've used them for road riding and racing.

Is the pinlock tight up against the visor? The mounting pins are cams so can be turned to ensure the insert is sealed against the visor. Are you sure there are no gaps between the insert and the visor?

My pin lock works great too. You have to make sure that, if yours has it, the ring of silicon gel that creates the seal is tight up against the visor. One gap in the attachment and it won't work. Take the pin lock off, clean the inside of the visor and reattach. Push your finger along the route of the sealant. Leave a while the visually inspect that the silicon is compressed along the entire pinlock. It should look squished rather than a bead.

Also make sure when you wash it, both the visor and insert are COMPLETELY dry before reassembling, or it will steam up in about 10 minutes when wearing it.

I only know this as I've done it myself ::)

Please don't use fairy liquid either.   A damp cloth and just water is more than enough and a microfiber cloth to dry and some nikwax on the outside ;-)
