Try Mark at Marksman bearings http://www.bikebearings.co.uk/ (http://www.bikebearings.co.uk/). He has all the bearings you need in bike specific kits.
He does a full set of swinging arm bearing and seals, I bought the collars/sleeves from Yamaha, but got the rest here. Excellent to deal with

Misread the post
Marksman has those ones also, common enough bearing (early R1, XJR 1200, 1300, early R6 and FZ6)

Out of curosity is it definitely the swinging arm ones that are giving trouble? The swinging arm main bearings rarely give trouble and when they do it is usually due to heavy handed power hosing or missing end capse specially from the right hand side and/or sitting outside for long periods uncovered on the sidestand, ?

Guilty of the last one.
Had an advisory for them last MOT and i think they were being lenient.
Mine spends a lot of it's time on the back wheel as well, which doesn't help

the ebay link directly above is for the small bearing pair that sits on the underside of the cross brace that the 'dog bones' attach to. the yamaha part number for the main bearing is 93315-42523. an ebay link to these:-

marksman supplied me with all the swing arm bearings, 4 in total,  for around £30 posted when i changed mine.
