Title: Rear Suspension
Post by: Jacko on 28 February 2013, 07:36:47 pm
While adjusting chain. '99 600
Put pressure on socket to undo rear spindle nut, upwards,  and got play in the shock mounting.

Its the lower mounting point. has a few mm of play where I can see the bolt has slack in
the mounting through the bracket and shock.

Is the lower bracket replaceable,
Is it likely to be the mounting or the shock,

sorry for the rambling description,

Nice one, thank you.
I'll probably do the bearing, collar, and seals and check out
the rest while I'm there.
