Title: New Fazer 8 Owner in the Emerald isle

Just said hello in the introduction section. Moving from an africa twin to a Fazer 8. This'll be the first Yamaha I've owned in 30 years of motorcycling. I wasn't intending to buy a new bike but whilst browsing (as one does) a local bike shop last week I was quite taken by the looks of the bike and even more taken with it after a test run. It's a demo bike with 50 miles on it and dealer was straight up about wanting to make space for 2013 models so a good deal was had. Likley collect bike next week and from then onwards  hopefully can make some positive contributions to the forum.

there you are, I thought there was only one emerald isle  :agree and it was ...... Ireland, so we can learn something new from time to time  :)
