Can anyone tell me the diameter of the axle for the rear wheel of a second generation FZ6 600 Fazer please?

Certainly, it's not specified in the Haynes manual (presumably because it's not a routinely replaced part?). Mine is due a new back tyre soon, if I remember, I'll measure mine while it's apart. Out of curiosity, why are you after the axle dia?

I'm building a special FZS600 and want to use the rear wheel from an FZ6. It would be handy if the axle is the same size as the one on the swing arm I want to use.
