Title: I've tried everything
Post by: Mick-H on 29 January 2013, 12:14:25 pm: I'm expecting a delivery today of some parts I've ordered, as yet no show.
I've tried all the usual tricks, been to the toilet 3 times, stood outside in the back garden, nipped to the corner shop and still no luck, as a last resort I thought I'd post this on here, fingers crossed. :\

Post by: FuZzBoM on 29 January 2013, 01:29:17 pm: I cry each time DPD deliver anything to me. If i miss it its a 50 mile round trip to the depot and back.. On top of this their customer service is useless when you try and arrange anything with them.

Package is from the US of A, Parcelforce, but I think City link drop it off.

12 days ago ordered.
Not impressed, now sent first class next day by....... DPD should arrive......................anytime.
Its only door andles. For the doors. Not fork andles, for forks.

Its exacyly the same with contractors---they always ask for phone contact details when booking a call out but hardly ever phone to say " i will be with you @ such &such a time". :rolleyes

Post by: Robbie8666 on 30 January 2013, 09:31:19 am: got to say I have cage tyres fitted by e-tyres at work, they ring me the day before to advise what time the should arrive, the fitter rings me about an hour before he arrives and is there either bang on time or just before, tells me that the job should take ex amount of time then calls me when he's finished and then shows me the torque wrench just before final tightening.

execellent service at a good price a big recomemndation for them from me!

I stepped out into the back garden to pick up a pot blown over and heard a bit of a thump/crash round the side of the house.

YEP! Bastad had rung the bell just as I slipped out the back and then thrown me slippaz over the back gate.

Still, at least I found them before all the shit weather. :'(
