If anyone has thought about fitting a pinlock insert to a full face helmet I have just purchased and fitted one to my Shoei helmet. It comes complete with kit for diy fitting, includes template for drilling holes, a drill bit and 3 pinlock pins ( 2 to be fitted and one spare) Price including postage £19.99. Would recommend this item and dealer. Bought via ebay. If anyone is interested reply to this thread and I will try and link the item for sale. Most other dealers I googled wanted anything up to £29. for the same item. Regards Mike

Hi mtread
http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_trksid=p3902.m570.l1313&_nkw=Universal+Do+It+Yourself+Pinlock+Insert+Visor+Kit&_sacat=0&_from=R40 (http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_trksid=p3902.m570.l1313&_nkw=Universal+Do+It+Yourself+Pinlock+Insert+Visor+Kit&_sacat=0&_from=R40)
please read all items on this page. Prices Vary Considerably according to the tint of the visor. Good Luck. Instructions are interpreted and miss the obvious but if I can do it I am sure it is not that diffucult. Regards Mike PS try the item last on the page. It comes from Channel Islands, free postage and very prompt.
