That's my bike!! Rossis riding my bike! :lol
-
I bet it wasnt rossi actually riding it !..just him in the garage...whoever it was rode the FZ-1 like a sack of spuds rather than a moto GP star....no movement just plonked on the seat.Sorry, I aint convinced. :rolleyes
-
:'( :'( you've just ruined it for me. Rossi was riding my bike :'( :'(
-
It must have been Rossi, when he rode back into the garage he couldn't put both feet down :)
In fact, in the out takes, he falls off it because he's used to having mechanics hold the bike upright for him :lol
I see he was off the seat in the wet section, keeping the bike upright!
-
I think I move about more than that..... and I dont! :lol
-
we all can dream it was him...tbh thought the white FZ-1 looked good, be nice with red speed blocks eh ??
I just dont think the bike was ragged enuff...c'mon , take a look on u tube of rossi and hayden riding roadbikes...they are awesome, spinning up the wheels, scraping pegs etc... This ride was utterly bland... :rolleyes
get rossi back on it and lets see what the master can do !! :)

Trust me it truly was him, my mate went to Japan with him to do the shoot. They told him to take it easy because its a touring tyre not a sport tyre.. It is basically an advert for Bridgestone and the Japs take that stuff very seriously.
I remember him doing a shoot with Suzuki some time ago on a GSX-R1000 and the rider did a wheely and he was told to edit it out because it did not portray the image they wanted..
And lets face it if you are paying for Rossi to go to Japan and promote your product I would expect him to ride a bloody bike lol

don't see what the big deal is. he's advertising tyres not going to france on his holiday on it

T 30?
-
I bet Vale got the equivelant of the odd pizza or three for doing it though!
-
Looks like Rossi riding it to me. The body frame, posture and style appear to be correct.
-
Valentino is actually well over 6 ft tall and it looks like him riding the bike to me as previously said bridgestone dont want heroics they want to sell tyres...
-
I started watching the vid and told the wife that Rossi was riding a Fazer. She said I didnt know Jonathan Ross could ride a bike.
Then I watched it and as he did his customary fart I could hear him say a little prayer. " Jeez. I've sold my soul... Again"

My two most fav things the great and majestic fazer and the doctor, Love it!!!!! :rollin :rollin

T 30?
Valentino Rossi rides the brand new Bridgestone Battlax T30 at Bridgestone Proving Ground in Nasushiobara-Shi, Japan.
This new Sport-Touring tyre is the successor of the Battlax BT-023.
For more information visit http://www.bridgestone.eu (http://www.bridgestone.eu)
Excellent. I'm still buying BT021 as the are cheaper and do me fine. I'll be able to upgrade to BT023 soon as they will selling those off cheap as everyone goes for the new T30 :lol

Quite. If he had fallen off it pissing around it wouldnt be good advertising, but would have generated a lot of interest.
