Title: FZ1s tuning bits and bobs
Post by: wfbroddy on 28 November 2012, 08:39:37 pm
Folks,

Currently have a FZ1s that has, PC3, Ivans flies, BMC air filter, aftermarket pipe.

Now this is how I bought this beasty and it goes like shit aff a shuvval, but I'm a tinckerer at heart and was looking at putting it back to standard to see what it rides like, but I don't have the standard flies or filter soo

If I remove PC3 and pipe and stick on standard pipe, but leave the Ivan flies and BMC filter will the engine run too lean ? I get a fuzzy about this fuelling thing

Cheers
Roddy

Roddy,
If your bike is running with no problems and is smooth with no flat spots or surges.
my advice to you is
leave well alone :)

Your bike probably has been improved , so leave it alone.
