the 2000 fazer 1000 rer caliper fits with a little mod tot he bracket and is well worth the effort. Other will fit with some engineering nonce but the fazer thou one works well.

Make sure the Bluespot rear is off a Fazer 1000 and not an early R1 bluespot, as that won't fit.

Another fairly easy fit is the Yam TRX850 rear caliper - thread on the old site below:
http://fazerowners.yuku.com/topic/30096/trx850-rear-brake-now-fitted-to-2001-fazer-600#.UI6QxGdR1Kc (http://fazerowners.yuku.com/topic/30096/trx850-rear-brake-now-fitted-to-2001-fazer-600#.UI6QxGdR1Kc)

Rear calipers from the YZF750, Thunderace & XJR1200/1300 may also fit, but no-one has tried them so not 100% sure about those...

The Fazer 1000 & TRX 850 rear calipers will make a very noticeable difference - well worth doing

the above trx mod is easiest. buy the caliper and holder and tourqe arm and the whole thing fits easypeasy.
