Are the Osram Nightbreakers worth buying for the 2002 Fazer 600? I don't want to drop near on £30 on bulbs if they aren't going to make that much of a difference!

If your mechanically inclined have a look at the wiring first. The relay has a power supply from the fuse box. The wire is red/ yellow. If the wire is a bit cooked like mine was. The light was quite dim, so i put in a 17amp wire direct from the battery ran it through a fuse 20 amp then up to the relay behind the screen. Pulled out the spade terminal on the block plug with the red / yellow wire and replaced it with the 17amp wire and my lights were white without changing the bulbs. Hope this is an alternative to expensive bulbs.

For my last truck i bought some 100% brighter bulbs, about £20 or £22 for the pair,,no brighter than the originals,
one had blown so went into halfrauds and fell for the advertising :\

I use the Osram Nightbreaker Plus, couple of £ more but I noticed a huge difference compared to the standard, glow orange like a candle standard Halogen bulbs I can actually see where I am going now but then I guess that depends on each person and what they expect and the Plus version last longer.
