Title: Which grips to dampten vibration??????

I'm changing my standard bars to lower alloy ones.
Any recommendations on which grips to get?   My No.1 priority is to get the best ones to help dampen out the dreaded vibrations which are making my throttle hand go numb, but i dont want foam ones.

Before messing with bars etc m8ty i would find out whats causing the vibes  :eek having the carbs balanced would be my first point of call  :)

Is it the vibration around 5.5-6.5K?

Yea the annoying vibes which all fzs do in this rev range.

UPDATE!
Fitted some renthal ultra low bars & renthal hard grips to the fazer and happy days, no more annoying vibes or numb throttle hand and that's without bar end weights, and they look alot better. RESULT  :D
The road Ultra low renthals dont hit the front fairing if they are slightly tilted back toward you and give a lower bar height which i like.
Recomended mod if anyone is thinking about it.
