Title: T.P.S. setting
Post by: darrsi on 03 August 2012, 03:07:36 pm
I just did a quick test on my TPS setting and the needle on the rev counter was about 5300rpm.
Is that okay being thereabouts, or should it be bang on 5000rpm?

No, don't worry about that. The signal being sent to the rev counter is obviously slightly out, but that won't matter... so long as the TPS is adjusted as close as you can judge to the middle of the 'window' where the rev counter is showing 5000-ish you've got it set correctly.
