Got my licence about 2 months ago and started commuting into London every day, and the inevitible has finally happened :( Saw it coming but didn't have a chance to avoid it, just came straight at me and what with it being wet and lots of traffic about I couldn't do anything.
Yes, I got shat on by a bird while riding down the A12 :'( Bloody seagulls :D

Bad luck my friend. I got hit by a large load of Pigeon poo the other day. It hit the chin bar of my lid and then my chin and neck, i nearly threw up? :crazy
-

I got twatted by a pigeon on the shoulder doing 40 filtering through traffic on the A2.
For some reason, I thought it would see me and adjust it's course. The damn bird should have gone to spec savers!
-
I wouldnt mind so much if the flipping bird hadnt hit me hit the ground then just flew of like nothing had happend !
-
Nah, mine lay on the floor, flapped about a bit then got squished by a bus following me.
-
I hit one last week at 120. It just burst into feathers, deflected off my screen and knocked my right hand side mirror so far round I thought it had broken it. Don't know what happened to the bird but I think it was terminal :D

I'm sure we all appreciate your efforts to help the evolution of pigeons with road sense.
I've been lucky, the largest direct hit I've had was a collared dove (about half the weight of a pigeon) on the chin of my helmet at 40mph. Nasty jolt to the neck, that.
A pheasant hit the handlebar when I was on my GPZ305 many years ago and that very nearly had me in the ditch... fortunately, the only damage was a crack on the fairing, but at least I got a meal out of the bird. :lol
Swans have a habit of flying across the M3 at Teddington at a very low altitude, that makes me kinda nervous... those things are fecking big!

Sheep are mad they look at you as you approach you can see them thinking should I or shouldn't I mmmmmmmmmmmmm feck it then dive in front of you
-
Seagulls, or should I say Shitehawks, in Scarborough are a real danger. makes the inside of your lid a bit wiffy.
-
I hit a badger square in the guts when I was doing just over 20mph on my mountain bike once, that stopped the bike dead, I then preceded to act like superman and flew over the bars and down the road.

" I then preceded to act like superman and flew "
classic ! i like it ! :lol
