buy and fit...easy peasy..  AIS  removal info on here..HUGE help when changing sparklers an at valve check time...hightemp sealant on ebay too for about a fiver

Bugger!!! :rolleyes  Just ordered a set from holeshot in US. Put a bid in anyway as my mate wants some for his bike will do as an early xmas pressie if I win!
