I thought that with the previous film footage posted on here that this handy film with it rider training may be  handy?

Interesting. Ok, so some bits (eg the clothing and signals) may have changed and been updated, but there's an awful lot of that which is still perfectly recognisable today and almost all of the advice is entirely valid.
