Yes, sent me the wrong parcel and sent mine to the person who's parcel I received, rang up and spoke to Gareth who sorted it and my parcel arrived the following day.

never had anything but trouble with them. stuff doesn't arrive, wrong parts arrive, no-one interested in sorting it out etc

On the other hand i have used them and didn't have a problem, so its not always bad just unlucky.

Foc-u did have a bit of a falling out with 'em a few yrs ago.  Won't go into details but IIRC Solictors letters were sent by Busters. Many of us old timers have not used 'em since!

Have they taken your money off your card? If so, its probably against your card providers t&cs. Most online shops I've used have a status update at each stage of the order. A bit shabby if the items not in stock and they didnt tell you.

Don't bother just get mine from my local tyre place ( http://www.garageservicesmidglamorgan.com/ (http://www.garageservicesmidglamorgan.com/) ) been going there for a few years and one day mentioned that it was a shame they did not do bike rubber "what you want" told him gave me a price including fitting to the wheel only a couple of £'s more than I could get them on line but fitted. Ordered them arrived the next day ask your local independent tyre fitter you may be lucky !
