Post by: ddtwelve on 20 May 2012, 08:19:26 pm
just had  a continental conti one put on the bike to replace the bt-014 front tyre all i can say is wow not as skittish and greasy seems to be more planted to the road too, and before you say well your front was worn down i changed it with about a 1/4mm still left on top of the markers  still got the bt-14 rear so will replace when knackered
try em and see how good they are £65 they brill :lol

Rode Road Attack 2.

Plus: no scrubbing in needed. Good feedback from the road, good grip on cornering and braking, quickly warm up.

Bad sides: low mileage (got wasted in 7000 kilometres of easy riding), very thin - in case of a puncture, you'd be on your rim in no time. Metzeler and Pirelli are a lot more promising on that account.

I like my Michelin Pilot roads (2's I think not the new ones) but getting a little squared off on the back now so maybe new one soon
