My front brakes have never been as good as I think they should be. When it was last at the mechanic he put a full litre of fluid through them. He inspected the discs and while they aren't too worn or warped at all he noticed they are worn slightly tapered from in insides out. They are also ridged quite badly.
Looks like new discs and pads. At £275 for parts alone does anyone have any cheaper suggestions?
Do any other discs fit the 2001 fzs 600, like fzs 1000 or R1?

That price is about right, you could try bile breakers for 2nd hand parts but that can always be a gamble if you're not careful.

thers some on ebay, £120 wavy discs? think they from king kong though? look ok ? knew someone who had a set for a bandit 12 and as far as i know still usin them 2yr down line??
