Man I totally wore helemt cam out today for the first time, and it's ok. Got massively druk cos of friends and all fo that and decided being on this forum was a ood idea. Oh Dear.

Because the original designation was FZR 600, hence Fazer.

FZR was sports bike in it's day wasn't it?  No relation to a Fazer :lol

First bike I'm aware of, that had the Fazer name, was the FZX750. Definitely not the FZR, that never had the Fazer name.

there was a yamah phazer. might have come from that

Isn't it just so you can say 'set Fazers to stun' ???
