Title: Mirrors

What can be done about my mirrors.
I'm not the smallest chap out there
6ft 1 and 17st.
But the mirrors are the worst i've come across on any bike i've owned.
It's my 6th bike.
Are there ways to extend my own or are there longer yamaha mirrors I can buy.
Its a 55 plate Gen 1


Any help welcomed, apart from that i'm well chuffed with the bike
It drags my arse up the road with ease.

Glad ur happy with the bike now its time to mod it :)

you're kidding right? The mirrors on the Gen 1 are great. No problems at all.

gen 1 mirrors are far from the worst i have come across but aint the best either lol

i went the fuzzy mirror mod myself, works a treat for me. i also tried extenders (didnt work for me at all) and bar end mirrors (i couldnt get used to them but they did work)
like a lot of things it depends on riding position and a load of other things so what works for 1 wont allways be good for another.

+1 for the mirror mod as shown on the US site. I did it about 5 years ago - most cost effective mod ever!!
